Refund Policy for Educational Services to Students

Thank you for choosing Astonish Technologies for your educational needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our students and ensuring their academic success. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our educational services.

Grade Guarantee

We take pride in our track record of helping thousands of students achieve exceptional grades, with many receiving A, A+, and B grades. While we promise to strive for excellence in supporting your academic endeavors, it's essential to understand that achieving a specific grade is subject to various factors, including individual effort, comprehension, and the professor's grading process. We cannot guarantee a specific grade but assure you of our utmost dedication to your academic success.

Refund Eligibility

In the unlikely event that a student receives a grade below 70% for the work we assisted with, they may be eligible for a refund. To be eligible, the student must provide valid and satisfactory documentation or evidence supporting the low grade, which will be evaluated by our Grievance team. We require clear documentation that demonstrates the student's adherence to our guidelines, as well as any feedback provided by the professor.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the student must submit a written request, along with the relevant documentation, within FIVE days of receiving the graded assignment. Our Grievance team will thoroughly review the request and documentation and respond within THREE days with a decision.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, if the Grievance team finds that only a portion of the work contributed to the low grade, a partial refund may be offered based on the percentage of responsibility attributed to our services.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

    • Student failed to submit within the deadline

    • Requested with short notice and so failure to meet assignment deadlines

    • Work is revised as requested

    • Lack of appropriate evidence for the low grade

    • Failure to meet the refund process timeframes

Dispute Resolution

If a student disagrees with the Grievance team's decision, they may submit an appeal within TWO days. The appeal will be reviewed by our senior management, whose decision will be final.

Refund Payment

Approved refunds will be issued within FIVE days through a suitable payment method.
